Claudia Rodriguez started her professional life as an entrepreneur at age 19, successfully managing her own business for many years. In 2001 she started to work as office manager for Bulin Associates, Inc. Her dedication and tenacity helped the company grow by striving for incessant improvement of her service to her company and her clients with professionalism and a high level of commitment.
Shortly after she obtained her Real Estate license, and continue providing property owners and buyers with the highest quality service in the purchase and sale of their industrial, commercial, investment and residential properties, obtaining a vast experience in all categories of real estate property in New Jersey.
From 2001 to 2009 she has been responsible for the supervision and negotiation of over 1,000 sales of residential commercial and industrial properties.
By 2002 she decided to follow her entrepreneur instincts becoming an investor in real estate creating multiple projects contributing to the improvement and development of the area, creating job opportunities and revitalizing neighborhoods.
Her appreciation of people and a sense of having a stake in their future, and her hands-on management approach have enabled Claudia to gain expertise in every level of the real estate business.
