Yvonne Kiameh was born, raised and educated in Lebanon, where she worked as an account executive and general manager at Universal Services & Maintenance, Inc. She came to the United States and moved to Cliffside Park, NJ in 1987 to be closer to her twin sister, Renee and got a job as an office administrator at J. Lee Realty. After a few years, Yvonne realized that she enjoyed the fast pace of the real estate office and decided to advance her career by obtaining a real estate license. She continued to work as office manager at J. Lee Realty and served as the primary force that pushed that small office to grow by guiding the sales staff to prosper, organizing the office, and franchising with Century 21 to become Century 21 J. Lee Realty.
Her organizational skills served her well as she started to focus more on real estate sales and rentals, and her clients appreciated her attention to detail. She quickly became a strong presence in the local real estate market and started to accumulate a very loyal following and a sparkling reputation.
In 1994, Yvonne decided to move to Prudential Elia Real Estate where she worked as a top producing sales associate and recruited Nikki as office manager and eventually Renee as a sales associate.
In 2001, Nikki left the office to pursue a lucrative career as a mortgage loan officer for Ivanhoe Financial soon after, and a few years later the twin sisters decided it was time for them to leave as well and start something for their families’ future generations.
In 2004 their dream became a reality! They opened their own real estate office in Fort Lee, and Nikki joined them as office manager. Yvonne became Broker of Record and President of the new corporation, Winning Team Realty of NJ, Inc and promptly franchised with ERA to conduct business as ERA Winning Team Realty.
